Kings and their Kingdom; Social Mobility
"Three of a kind"
The very first thing that is immediately apparent is that all cards are masculine: we have the King of Wands, the King of Swords and the Emperor. Very interesting! Another thing that is quite immediate as a commonality between the cards, and that is the Sephira Tiphareth.
This resembles the centre of the Tree of Life and so you could say that Kings in Tarot do heavy duty stuff – in the sense that they pull from all areas of the Tree of Life and have a great deal of responsibility to shoulder also. Inherently, it means that they show the crux of the matter and also, teach you how to occupy a place of transcendence over the mundane, most notably through means of influence and self-agency.

The other two cards are Convention, which realises venus in the 10th House, or in Capricorn and Contrition, associated with Pluto and the letter Samekh.
Here too, the theme of hierarchy and agency come about in various ways. As well that of professionalism and accountability. In Contrition, you can again, see a Regent that is looking down upon his subject, invoking a sense of power and so – with Pluto in Capricorn on the Ascendant in the horary chart – it reveals that also power imbalances are very much a part of it.

In fact, a great deal about this reading will be about public persona and reputation, about making career and establishing social mobility. It isn’t all too bad, because it supports merit above all else. It is an environment inherently dominated by a competitive streak, yet there are benevolent mentors that surround you to show you the ropes.
You will not find yourself changing the culture that was once cultivated at work, as it’s already been sublimated and it has long been accepted – luckily it’s inherently not toxic. However, you are expected to leave your softer side for the private spaces and when you come to work, you show up with professionalism and a sense of responsibility. Personal accountability will get you very far and will in fact, make you quite popular in the work place.
"Let there be luminaries"
The aspect of Vav (6), relating to the microcosm and to some extend Creation through causation, shows that there’s the reflection of a new generation and that with the aspect of Heh, that is attached to the Emperor, will consolidate and materialize the future. There may come a time where you are called in for evaluation and you are asked to honestly own up to your mistakes – however, there will also be a time where you will be experienced enough to be considered a serious asset to an organisation that will net you a advisory role in the future.
All of this will come through professionalism, understanding one’s own weaknesses and strengths and remaining level-headed. The eagles in particular reveal mastery over the subject and keen observations that will be very beneficial.
